Theme Park slots review.
Bonus game madness! There are 6 different bonus games in this video slot from NetEnt that’s literally a Theme Park slot machine game.
I swear I had every intention of going to be bed last night, but before I reached my bedroom I got an email from Virgin Games (I’m an active player there so I get the latest news and bonus offers in my inbox). It was a short email about the video slot game from NetEnt : Theme Park Tickets of Fortune slot.

What got my attention was the line “land the bonus wheel for a chance to enter one of the 6 Theme Park Games and win stunning cash prizes”. I was intrigued. Could that really be six different bonus rounds games? So what’s the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ for? I had to check it out.
I was reading this on my iPad so I clicked the link and signed in to Virgin Games. By the way, there’s a hefty deposit £10 get £50 to play Virgin Games promo code bonus if you’re a new comer though. Anyway, I launched the Theme Park slot not knowing what to expect.

At first glance, I liked the game. The graphics are very nice and the whole game is well rounded like you’d expect from a NetEnt slot. I don’t know if it’s the Wild symbol (rollercoaster cart), the theme or the combination of these but it reminded me a bit of Cash Coasters slots from IGT; but they’re barely alike.
It’s a 3×5 reels slot played with a fixed 50 paylines using the popular Bet Levels system (1-10). You can adjust your coin size and bet level from a modest £0.25/25 coins and all the way up to a colossal £250 per spin (250 coins). I went for £2.50.
The rules of Theme Park slot say that ‘a bet line win in coins is equal to value shown on the Paytable multiplied by the bet level’. Keep in mind that playing £2.50 per spin @ bet level 10 means a bet of 250 coins. The highest paying five-of-a-kind pays out 400 or 400 x 10 = 4,000 coins which is a nice return on your 250 wager but a much more likely combination (3-of-kind) will payout about 10, so 10 x 10 = 100. Ouch!
That being said I was here for the promised six bonus round games, so I kept the reels going and there were signs of the Scatters coming up on reels 2,3 and 4. And sure enough, after a couple minutes of playing Theme Park slot, I unlocked the Theme Park Ticket Game; a beautifully crafted Wheel of Fortune where you stop the wheel to uncover the amount of tickets won. And just like you would in a themed park, you use these tickets for playing the famous Theme Park Bonus Games.
I got myself 8 tickets which were enough for playing two bonus games: the Can Tower Bonus Game and the Punchbag Bonus Game. I got a 4,500 coins bonus knocking down the cans and another 1,500 coins bonus for punching the bag and punching it real good. That’s a total of 6,000 coins bonus from these games. A win that brought my bankroll back to positive. I was pleased.
The whole bonus round concept in Theme Park Tickets to Fortune slot is quite interesting; providing players with an interactive and unique mix of bonus games for further entertainment. Personally, I think this type of slot game with lots of ‘bells and whistles’ come at a high price unless they are your cup of tea. But it’s fun to play and a video slot that I liked nevertheless.
